NO.06 (“we”, “us”) runs wearno06.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. What we collect

• Early access signup: your email address and the items you’re interested in.
• Orders: your name, email, shipping address and phone number (if given). Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Website use: basic technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use it

• To run early access and send you drop news and checkout links.
• To process, ship and support your order.
• To track discount and ambassador codes.
• To keep the site working and secure, and to understand what people like.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers, our form and email providers, and our website host. Each only gets what it needs for that job. We may also share information if the law requires it.

4. Emails

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in the email or by contacting us. Order emails (confirmations and shipping updates) are still sent.

5. How long we keep it

Signup emails: until you unsubscribe. Order records: as long as needed for taxes, refunds and legal reasons.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have extra rights under local law. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Our site isn’t for children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

8. Security

We use trusted providers and reasonable safeguards, but no website is 100% secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
